THE APPROACH
Architecture, light and a sense of place.
Villa photography in Andros
Villa Thalassa in Andros brings together white volumes, textured stone walls and blue doors and shutters. My photographs explore the relationship between the villa, its pool terraces and the surrounding Cycladic landscape, moving from broad exterior views to architectural details and naturally lit interiors.
The exterior sequence follows the rhythm of the arches, the geometry of the pool and the transitions between open terraces and shaded dining areas. Wider views show the building within its hillside setting, while closer compositions give attention to stonework, colour and the way sunlight defines the surfaces.
Architecture, interiors and outdoor living
Inside, the photographs describe the connections between the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Arched openings, recessed shelves and blue window frames provide continuity with the exterior architecture. Views through open doors and shutters connect the interiors with the pool, olive trees and sea beyond.
Alongside the architectural views, photographs of table settings, poolside details and outdoor seating introduce the atmosphere of the spaces. The complete collection presents Villa Thalassa through its architecture, materials and spaces for everyday living.
