The property and the place around it
A villa’s position above the sea, the arrangement of a resort or the route through a garden can be difficult to understand from individual room photographs. Landscape and aerial views bring these relationships into the image collection.
I combine ground-level photography with considered drone perspectives for villas, hotels, architectural projects and destinations across Greece, with selected international commissions also available. The aim is to explain the setting clearly, with the same attention to light, composition and proportion as the rest of the commission. 01 / Scale and context
Choose the viewpoint for what it reveals
Height alone does not make an aerial photograph useful. A lower oblique view can connect a building to its terraces and the horizon; a top-down composition can explain the geometry of pools, pathways and planted areas. The viewpoint should answer a question about the place.
Layout, access and outdoor space
Aerial photographs can show how buildings, gardens and outdoor amenities fit together. The position of the camera determines which relationships remain clear and which become compressed or obscured.
Light, coastlines and atmosphere
At ground level, foreground detail, the horizon and the direction of light help convey the experience of a place. A shaded terrace, an evening coastline or the texture of planting can be as informative as a broad panoramic view.

Plan around the place and the brief
The location, priority views and intended uses establish what needs to be photographed. Sun direction, weather, access and property readiness influence the timing. Aerial coverage is subject to the location, conditions and applicable permissions; it is considered as part of the project rather than assumed for every property.
For a complete property presentation, landscape and aerial views can accompany luxury villa and residential photography, hotel and commercial photography or architectural photography. Coverage, delivery and image usage are agreed for the commission.

Before the assignment
I provide both drone photographs and drone video. Image dimensions, video resolution and file formats are agreed around the intended uses and production requirements before the shoot. Please share any website, publication or campaign specifications when enquiring. Full property films and ground-level or interior filming can be arranged with external video specialists as a separately scoped service.
Aerial work is typically quoted as an add-on to a shoot or as its own package, depending on the scope — happy to provide a tailored quote.
Yes, additional permits or restrictions apply near airports and certain restricted zones. I handle this assessment as part of project planning.
