Project Description
Penthouse Apartment in Kalamata
This penthouse apartment in Kalamata brings together contemporary interiors, a balcony and a furnished rooftop terrace. I photographed the spaces as a connected sequence, showing how the apartment opens to the city and the mountain landscape beyond.
Interiors and spatial flow
The living and dining area forms the centre of the apartment, with direct access to the balcony. Wide views establish the proportions of the rooms and the connections between them. Closer compositions record timber flooring, neutral fabrics, artwork, lighting and furniture details.
The bedrooms, hallway and circulation spaces extend the sequence through the apartment. Different viewpoints show the arrangement of beds, storage and windows, while a prepared breakfast scene adds a sense of everyday use.
The rooftop terrace, by day and evening
Daylight photographs describe the terrace’s seating and dining areas, olive tree, reed canopy, sun loungers and hot tub, together with the views across Kalamata.
In the evening, architectural lighting, candles and a prepared dining table reveal a different atmosphere. The two sets of images show how the same outdoor space can support relaxation, dining and entertaining at different times of day.
Photographic approach
I combined wide architectural views with selected details, balancing a clear description of the property with its light and atmosphere. The sequence connects interiors, balcony and rooftop terrace so that viewers can understand both the individual spaces and their relationship to the setting.
A coherent property presentation
This combination of interior and exterior photography can support property websites, brochures, booking platforms, editorial features and social campaigns. For owners, property managers, architects and interior designers, the series offers a clear account of the apartment’s layout, materials and outdoor spaces.
